Known for her forward-thinking approach and people-first attitude, Giulia Valluzzi serves as ProGrowTech’s Director of Commercial Sales. She is critical in securing key growth opportunities, engaging with new customers, maintaining existing relationships and upholding ProGrowTech’s excellent customer service standards.
Able to seamlessly switch between long-term strategizing and short-term tactics, Giulia helps drive the company’s expansion throughout North America. Highly skilled in project management and analytics, she brings value-added expertise and insights to ProGrowTech, developing illustrative forecast reports to hone product targeting so growers are getting access to the right lights for their specific needs. As a focused and performance-oriented leader, Giulia manages a dynamic sales team, improving efficiencies and overcoming challenges with finesse.
Giulia has earned a reputation as a skilled and ambitious cannabis industry professional. Before joining ProGrowTech, she served as the Chief Strategy Officer at cannabis startup Ultra Health. There, she assisted in a successful expansion of multiple dispensaries and cultivation sites. She also led the implementation of a seed-to-sale solution, enabling enhanced analysis of industry data and metrics. Giulia worked with a diverse range of industry leaders, from dispensary owners and cannabis growers, to scientists and pharmaceutical researchers.
Further, Giulia’s professional experience spans the cannabis industry, financial sector and other high-ranking sales positions. In all her roles, she has exhibited an aptitude for developing and executing strategic plans to drive company awareness, credibility and value.
Dedicated to giving back to her community and industry, Giulia volunteers with the Marijuana Industry Trade Association of Arizona and regularly attends industry events, such as those hosted by the National Cannabis Industry Association. In addition, Giulia has volunteered with United Way, the Boys’ and Girls’ Clubs and Project Business. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in finance and marketing, from the University of Montana, Missoula.
